Lineage 2 C4 low rate servers run Chronicle 4: Scions of Destiny at low rates. This is the era before C5 and Interlude, and slow leveling highlights what people love about old Lineage 2: a long character journey and the weight of every item.

There are few C4 projects, so check the launch history and build description. The slowest option is C4 x1. Neighboring chronicles of the era are C3 and C5, and more classic projects are under Interlude low rate. All projects of the chronicle are under Lineage 2 C4 servers, and all slow rates under low rate servers.
