New L2 servers with Chronicle C3
Lineage 2 C3 servers run Chronicle 3: Rise of Darkness, one of the game's early chronicles. It belongs to the era before Interlude: C3 was followed by C4 Scions of Destiny and C5 Oath of Blood. The chronicle is rare, and players choose it for the atmosphere of old Lineage 2.
Upcoming launches in the list above are sorted by date, followed by servers that have already opened. Each card shows the rate, date and build features, and the project page adds a description, reviews and the launch history.
What Rise of Darkness Is Remembered For
- The Olympiad and heroes. Grand Olympiad battles and the hero status first appeared in C3.
- Classic leveling. A long road for every character, real value in every item and group play without later simplifications.
- Early balance. Many mechanics are still in their original form, without the changes of later chronicles.
How to Choose a C3 Server
There are few C3 projects, so check the launch history on the project page and the build description to see how close it is to the original. Fresh projects are easy to test during an open beta. For slow play choose x1 or x5, and for a fast start x100.
Neighboring chronicles of the same era are C4 and C5, and the most popular classic chronicle is under Interlude servers.
