New Low Rate L2 C4 x9999 servers
This page lists Low Rate Lineage 2 C4 x9999 servers: announcements of new projects with launch dates and servers that are already running. C4 (Scions of Destiny) is the chronicle that introduced subclasses and made clan wars and sieges the core of the game. The x9999 rate is ultra-high: there is almost no leveling, and progress comes through enchanting, custom items and events. Low rate servers have slow progression: leveling and gearing take weeks or months, and every item keeps its value. Before the launch, open the project card: it lists rates, features, the start date and player reviews. See also: C4 servers, x9999 servers and Low Rate servers.
