Step 1. Lockirin at the Elder Council

Teleport to the Dwarven Village and enter the Elder Council building. Iron Gate's Lockirin gives the quest to a level 39 Artisan only — click "I shall take the challenge". On the first take he gives you 23 Dimensional Diamond. Lockirin gives no recommendation himself: you need three — from Balanki, Arin and Filaur.

Step 2. Balanki's and Arin's tasks

The other elders stand in the same hall. At Silver Scale's Balanki click "Is there a problem?" — he asks you to talk the orc chief Croto round; without this line Croto won't talk to you.

Black Anvil's Arin stands in the same hall: he hands you the Paint of Teleport Device right away and sends you to Master Toma. Spiron and Keef give no recommendations — skip them.

Step 3. Filaur's task

Gray Pillar Member Filaur stands in the same hall. He gives you the Architecture of Cruma and asks you to get the researchers' report at the Cruma Tower. Now you have all three tasks — do them one after another.

Step 4. The orc chief Croto

Leave the council: Chief Croto stands in the northern part of the Dwarven Village, opposite the weapon and armor shop. At first he grumbles that the contract ended long ago — click "Tell him that you will do whatever it takes.". Croto gives you the Paint of Kamuru — a portrait of his missing nephew — and asks you to find him in the Cave of Trials.

Step 5. Toma and the teleport test

Master Toma stands at one of three spots by the mines near the Dwarven Village: on the islet in the Western Mining Zone, by the Abandoned Coal Mines or at the exit of the Mithril Mines; on some servers he uses only one of them. Click "I will help.", then "Press the button.". Toma takes the blueprint, gives you a Broken Teleport Device, and the device instantly throws you into the mountains north of the Dwarven Village.

Toma lets you press the teleport button yourself.

Step 6. Three King Bugbears

5 seconds after you land, three level 32 King Bugbear lv. 32s appear and attack at once. You don't have to kill them for the quest: the broken device is already yours, and they vanish on their own after 200 seconds. Fight them off or just get away.

Step 7. Five devices from Toma

Go back to Toma — if he isn't at his spot, check the other ones. He takes the broken device and gives you 5 Teleport Devices for Arin. No need to hand them in now: take them along with everything else at the end.

For the broken device Toma hands over five working ones.

Step 8. The Cave of Trials and Kamur's body

Teleport to the Orc Village, then on to the Entrance to the Cave of Trials. Inside the cave run to the bridge, turn left on the bridge and keep straight to the prison cells — Jailer Dubabah stands there. Talking to him is optional: he only boasts that the escaped prisoner surely became the Evil Eye Lord's meal.

Behind the jailer is an open grate, and the Corpse Of Kamur lies in the cell. The wall behind the body is fake: walk straight through it and keep running down the corridor.

Step 9. The Evil Eye Lord

At the end of the passage behind the false wall roams the level 37 Evil Eye Lord lv. 37. It drops the Necklace of Kamuru — on the first kill, but only if you carry the Paint of Kamuru from Croto. If someone has just killed it, it respawns in 3 minutes.

Step 10. Lorain at the Cruma Tower

Teleport from the Town of Dion to the Cruma Tower. Don't go inside: Researcher Lorain stands to the right of the entrance, behind the rocks. She takes the Architecture of Cruma and gives you the Ingredients of Antidote — her colleague has been poisoned and needs an antidote.

Step 11. Needles, webs and blood

The materials drop only while you carry the Ingredients of Antidote, one per kill (× quest rate); you need exactly 10 of each. The Stinger Wasp Needle comes from the Stinger Wasp lv. 30 (level 30) — the wasps fly around the tower itself.

The Marsh Spider's Web comes from the Marsh Spider lv. 34 (level 34) — the spiders live northeast of the tower.

The Blood of Leech comes from the Giant Mist Leech lv. 25 (level 25) in the Cruma Marshlands southwest of the tower.

Step 12. Lorain's report

With 10 needles, 10 webs and 10 blood go back to Lorain: the antidote works, and she asks why you came. Click "I seek research materials." to get the Report of Cruma for Filaur.

Step 13. The necklace for Croto

Return to the Dwarven Village and talk to Croto. He takes the portrait and the necklace and gives you the Letter of Solder Detachment — his promise to send guards to Balanki.

Step 14. Balanki's and Arin's recommendations

Give Arin the 5 Teleport Devices: he is upset there are five, but he gives you the Recommendation of Arin.

Step 15. Filaur's recommendation

Give Filaur the Report of Cruma — he gives you the Recommendation of Filaur, the third recommendation.

Step 16. Mark of Maestro

With all three recommendations talk to Lockirin — he gives you the Mark of Maestro, 46,000 XP and 5,900 SP. The other marks are Trial of the Guildsman and Testimony of Prosperity; with all three marks at level 40 a Head Blacksmith, such as Kusto in Giran, makes you a Warsmith. The full path is in the Warsmith 2nd class quest guide.

You must carry the Paint of Kamuru from Croto. On some servers you also have to click Kamur's body in the cell first.
Toma won't give the devices?
First click "I will help." and "Press the button." — the five devices are given only for the Broken Teleport Device. Picked "Return the teleporter at once!"? Just talk to him again.
No needles, webs or blood drop?
They drop only after your first talk with Lorain, while you carry the Ingredients of Antidote.
Lockirin won't give the mark?
You need all three recommendations: Balanki's, Arin's and Filaur's. Spiron and Keef give none.
