The spoiler (Bounty Hunter) is a dwarf fighter who spoils monsters:
Sweeper takes a separate loot list from a spoiled monster's corpse — materials, recipes and item parts. Below is a spoiler guide for Interlude: what to learn at each class, what to wear by grade, where to spoil from level 20 to 80, dyes, subclasses and the Olympiad. The numbers come from the server datapack.
Spoiler at a glance
| Role | spoiling monsters: materials, recipes and item parts for crafting and selling |
| Weapon | a blunt for single monsters, a spear for packs — see "Spoiler gear" |
| Armor | heavy or light, there are passives for both; a robe does not fit |
| Dyes | STR and DEX at the cost of CON, or STR at the cost of DEX |
| Where to level | 20–40 — Ruins of Agony, The Pilgrim's Necropolis; 40–52 — Timak Outpost, Cruma Tower; 52–61 — Frozen Labyrinth; 61–76 — Forest of the Dead, Hot Springs; 76–80 — Varka and Ketra |
The dwarf fighter starts with STR 39, CON 45, DEX 29: lots of HP, little dexterity. The spoiler's damage is average — it makes its money with spoil.
How to get the classes

| Scavenger | 20 | Path to a Scavenger — Scavenger 1st class quest |
| Bounty Hunter | 40 | the Guildsman, Prosperity and Searcher marks — Bounty Hunter "3 in 1" quest guide; the class is changed by Warehouse Chief Gesto in Giran |
| Fortune Seeker | 76 | Saga of the Fortune Seeker — Fortune Seeker 3rd class quest |
How spoil works
| Skill | What it does | Cost (max rank) |
|---|---|---|
| marks one monster: its spoil can be collected after death | MP 67, 1.8-second cast, reuse 10 seconds | |
| the same over an area — every monster within radius 200 | MP 204, reuse 10 seconds | |
| collects spoil from the corpse | — |
The order:
Spoil → kill →
Sweeper before the corpse disappears. What is in the spoil depends on the monster: it is a separate list, not part of the normal drop.
Spoil is learned up to level 72,
Spoil Festival up to 74; keep both at the latest level — on some servers spoil lands worse on monsters above you.
How to play a spoiler in Interlude
Solo with a blunt. One monster at a time:
Spoil, stun, finish it,
Sweeper. Monsters with valuable spoil tend to be tougher than their neighbors — spare HP helps:
Boost HP and heavy armor.
Packs with a spear. Gather several monsters,
Spoil Festival, hit them over an area. Faster, but you take more damage — without a healer behind you, stick to monsters below your level.
Crafting alt. The spoiler farms materials and recipes for the crafter and sells the rest.
Weight Limit raises carrying capacity ×4 — materials are heavy.
Fake Death sheds the monsters if a pack goes wrong. At the 3rd class the key skills are
Armor Crush on a single target and
Earthquake on a pack.
Getting started: levels 1–20
Two dwarf-only quests give adena, shots and a first blunt:
| Level | Quest | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| 6+ | The Hidden Veins — Filaur; Utuku Orc lv. 6, Archer and Grunt drop ore and Torn Map Fragments, Chichirin trades 4 fragments for a Hidden Ore Map | 5 adena per ore, 500 per map and 2,000 more for handing in 10+ ores; a newbie gets 6,000 |
| 10+ | Jumble, Tumble, Diamond Fuss — Gouph | the |
With
Spoil at level 10, spoil resource recipes.
Create Item level 1 is learned from level 5 — with level 1 recipes a spoiler crafts, for example,
Steel,
Leather and
Cokes. The skill doesn't go above level 1.
Clan Academy. From level 19 an academy member with a sponsor can take one of two quests — The Leader and the Follower from Newyear or To Lead and Be Led from Pinter. The reward is a D-grade Clan Oath set paid by the sponsor in D crystals: 922 for heavy (
Clan Oath Armor: P. Def. ×1.05, HP +85), 771 for light (
Clan Oath Brigandine: P. Def. ×1.05, Evasion +3).
Buffs for leveling
On low-rate servers a spoiler levels with a buffer alt; the buffer's level is in brackets:
| Buffer | What it gives a spoiler |
|---|---|
| Prophet | |
| Warcryer | |
| Bladedancer | |
| Shillien or Elven Elder |
Prophet and Warcryer buffs don't stack — one is enough, plus a Bladedancer.

The whole 3rd class costs 283,020,000 SP, 150 million of it for
Symbol of Resistance. The book,
Ancient Tactical Manual: Symbol of Resistance, drops only from Tyrannosaurus lv. 87 — 5.26% and 4.48% in two drop categories; by aCis code the book is needed only if the server has spellbooks enabled. The
Armor Crush stun replaces the
Hammer Crush stun, but not the other way round: same type,
Armor Crush has the higher order. Take
Armor Crush or
Earthquake first, whichever matches your weapon.
Spoiler skill enchanting
From level 76 skills can be enchanted to +30 along one of two routes. Every step costs SP and XP, the first one also a
Secret Book of Giants. The +10 chance is 2% at level 76 and 73% at 80, so players enchant at 78–80. On most servers a failure resets the skill.
| Skill | Route 1, at +30 | Route 2, at +30 | SP per route |
|---|---|---|---|
| stun power 80 instead of 50 | power 2,552, MP 38 | 43,131,000 | |

Boost HP.
Armor Crush and

Where to level and spoil
The tables list zones from player guides and the best spoil monsters in each (spoil value is calculated from the datapack: chance × material price). Chances are at x1 rate; on a server with a higher spoil rate either the chance or the amount grows, depending on the build. The monster's level is shown next to its name.

Beast Farm: feeding and A-grade recipes
At Beast Farm the best spoil comes from fed beasts, not wild ones. The Feed Seller sells
Golden Spice and
Crystal Spice for 75 adena. Feed goes to an Alpine Kookaburra lv. 65, Alpine Buffalo lv. 67 or Alpine Cougar lv. 69:
- the first portion picks the branch: golden feed leads to "golden" forms, crystal feed to "crystal" ones; after that the beast eats only its branch's feed;
- there are three stages: the first comes with the first portion, later ones not with every portion; the form at each stage is random;
- "golden" forms drop only adena and keep their spoil; "crystal" forms keep both normal drop and spoil;
- every new form attacks the feeder right away; at stage 3 the beast is either tamed (then there's no spoil) or grows into an adult.
The scheme follows the Mobius Interlude script: our aCis datapack registers it but doesn't include its source, and details differ on some builds.
| Recipe | Beast | Feed, stage | Chance at x1 rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alpine Kookaburra lv. 65 | any, third | 4% | |
| Alpine Buffalo lv. 67 | crystal, second | 4.35% | |

Sealed Dark Crystal Gloves Design 14.34%.

Subclasses for a spoiler
A spoiler can add a subclass at level 75 — both the main class and every subclass already taken need that level. With default server settings you won't get one without the Mimir's Elixir and Fate's Whisper quests; three subclasses at most.
- Spoiler as the main class. Any 2nd class except your own, Overlord and Warsmith can be a subclass. Players usually take a buffer or a damage dealer for leveling, and the spoiler stays "for materials".
- Spoiler as a subclass. Other classes take Bounty Hunter as a subclass to spoil on their own character. There are no restrictions on it.
Subclass skills. Interlude has no separate subclass skills: a subclass's skills work only while it is active and never carry over to the main class. Subclass certification arrived in later chronicles such as High Five — our High Five spoiler guide is a separate page.
Spoiler in the Olympiad
Only nobles enter the Olympiad, and only on the main class — not with a subclass active. The Fortune Seeker's strengths:
Armor Crush (a stun and −30% target defense),
Braveheart for 1,000 CP,
Parry Stance against damage dealers.
Symbol of Resistance cannot be used in the Olympiad.

📖 — by Interlude code level 1 of the skill is learned from a spellbook; many servers disable spellbooks and it is learned for SP.
Other classes are in the Lineage 2 classes section. Want to start a dwarf spoiler on a live server? Pick one among Interlude game servers or Interlude plus servers by rate and launch date; fresh L2 servers of every chronicle are listed on the home page.

Where should a spoiler spoil by level?
20–40 — Ruins of Agony, The Pilgrim's Necropolis, Crypts of Disgrace; 40–52 — Timak Outpost, Catacomb of the Branded; 52–61 — Frozen Labyrinth, Outlaw Forest; 61–76 — Forest of the Dead, Swamp of Screams, Hot Springs; 76–80 — Varka and Ketra.
Is a blunt or a spear better for a spoiler?
A blunt is for solo and PvP: a stun, and at the 3rd class
Spoil Crush and
Armor Crush. A spear is for packs:
Spoil Festival,
Whirlwind,
Earthquake.
Which dyes should a spoiler use?
For single monsters — STR+4 CON−4, DEX+4 CON−4 and STR+1 CON−1. For packs — STR+4 DEX−4, STR+1 DEX−1 and CON+1 DEX−1.
Which subclass should a spoiler take?
Usually the spoiler stays the main class for materials, and players take a buffer or damage dealer as a subclass for leveling — any 2nd class except your own, Overlord and Warsmith. A subclass opens at level 75, by default after Mimir's Elixir and Fate's Whisper.
Which marks are needed for the spoiler's 2nd class?
Mark of Guildsman, Mark of Prosperity and Mark of Searcher — quests from levels 35, 37 and 39. The Bounty Hunter class is granted from level 40 by Warehouse Chief Gesto in Giran.
Where do you get
Divine Inspiration books?
Four books: from the Black Marketeer of Mammon, raid bosses, epic bosses and the Monument of Heroes. The skill cannot be learned for SP.
Which buffs does a spoiler need for leveling?
Prophet or Warcryer — their key buffs are the same and don't stack — plus a Bladedancer; a Shillien or Elven Elder if MP runs short.
What should a spoiler enchant first?
Your weapon's strike:
Hammer Crush for stun chance or
Whirlwind for power, then
Boost HP.
Armor Crush can't be enchanted in Interlude.
