Saga of the Doomcryer is the 3rd class quest of the orc Warcryer: it starts at level 76 with Grand Seer Rahorakti in Rune and ends with the Doomcryer class. Step 1. Take the quest from Rahorakti
Teleport to Rune Township and find Grand Seer Rahorakti. He gives the quest only to a level 76 Warcryer — a subclass works too. Press "Oh no! What can I do?", "What do you mean?" and "Maybe I can do it with Sharuhi's help." in turn — Rahorakti gives you the Danger of Ice Spirit and sends you to the totem in Goddard.
Step 2. The Duda-Mara totem in Goddard
Teleport to the Town of Goddard and enter the orc guild: the spider totem Duda-Mara Totem Spirit stands there. Talk to it — the totem sends you to Chef Donath in the Hot Springs.
Step 3. Vodka from Donath
Teleport from Goddard to the Hot Springs: Master Chef Donath stands east of the teleport. He makes the vodka only from an Ice Crystal — it comes from the quest The Finest Ingredients — Part 1 by Chef Jeremy in the same place, level 73+: 50 items each from Hot Springs Nepenthes lv. 75, Hot Springs Atrox lv. 76 and Hot Springs Bandersnatchling lv. 73. Hand over the crystal and get the 
Bitter Cold Vodka.
Bring the vodka to the totem in the Goddard orc guild — it gives you Resonance Amulet - 1 and sends you to the tablet near the Tower of Insolence.
Step 4. The first tablet near the Tower of Insolence
From Hunters Village teleport to the northern pathway of the Enchanted Valley and run east along the road to Aden. The Tablet of Vision stands south of the Tower of Insolence. Talk to the tablet and touch it with the amulet — the next tablet is in the Valley of Saints.
Step 5. 10 guardians in the Valley of Saints
From Rune teleport to the Valley of Saints and run north, bearing slightly east, to the Tablet of Vision.
Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge lv. 76 (level 76) fly around the tablet: you need exactly 10 kills, only your own kills count, and after the tenth the amulet drops with a 100% chance. With Resonance Amulet - 2 talk to the tablet again — it sends you to the Wall of Argos.
Step 6. Mudaha at the Wall of Argos
From Goddard teleport to the Wall of Argos and run far east: the Tablet of Vision stands in the eastern part of the Wall of Argos, a tablet used only by the Doomcryer saga. Talk to the tablet.
Sharuhi Mouth Mudaha lv. 76 (level 76) appears — kill him yourself and without a party: if anyone else hits him, Mudaha vanishes without a reward. With Resonance Amulet - 3 talk to the tablet again — the vision shows Seer Skahi in Goddard.
Step 7. The Divine Stone of Wisdom for Skahi
Return to Goddard: Seer Skahi stands in the orc guild next to the totem. For the next amulet he needs a Divine Stone of Wisdom. It comes from Magical Power of Water — Part 1 by Wahkan in Ketra or Magical Power of Fire — Part 1 by Naran Ashanuk in Varka — both level 74+ and only with a level 2 alliance with that side (Ketra and Varka alliance). In the dialogue Skahi asks for a side — The Ketra Orcs or The Varka Silenos: the choice changes nothing, he accepts the stone either way. With the stone press "Here's the stone." and get Resonance Amulet - 4.
Step 8. The tablet near the Monastery of Silence
The Tablet of Vision stands north of the Varka camp, near the Monastery of Silence. The fastest way is the teleport from Rune to the Monastery of Silence and a short run south. You can also go from Goddard via the Ketra Orc Outpost, but from Ketra it is a long run west. Touch the tablet with the amulet — it sends you back to Skahi.
Step 9. Skahi again
Return to Skahi in the Goddard orc guild and tell him about the vision — he sends you to the Archon of Halisha, and the fifth tablet is in the Wall of Argos as well.
Step 10. 700 Halisha's Marks at the Shrine of Loyalty
From Goddard teleport to the Wall of Argos and run east to the Shrine of Loyalty. Kill Grave Scarab lv. 73, Scavenger Scarab lv. 73, Grave Ant lv. 74, Scavenger Ant lv. 74, Shrine Knight lv. 75 and Shrine Guard lv. 75 (levels 73–75) — each drops a Halisha's Mark, you need 700 (mobs per rate are in the table below).
Once you have 700 marks, the next mob you kill summons the Archon of Halisha lv. 76 and takes 20 marks. Kill the Archon yourself and without a party within 10 minutes — you get Resonance Amulet - 5 and the marks disappear.
Instead of step 10: the Archon in the Four Sepulchers
1. Gather a party for the Four Sepulchers: everyone needs the Four Goblets quest and an 
Entrance Pass to the Sepulcher.
2. Kill the Archon of Halisha lv. 81 inside the sepulchers — he gives Resonance Amulet - 5 at once, no 700 marks needed. On some servers every Warcryer of the party on this step gets the amulet, on others only the one who landed the killing blow.
Step 11. The fifth tablet in the Wall of Argos
The Tablet of Vision stands in the Wall of Argos, north of the teleport, bearing slightly east. Touch it with the amulet: the vision shows the sixth tablet south of Rune.
Step 12. Lizard's Totem Sharuhi near Rune
The Tablet of Vision stands south of Rune, east of the harbor — a tablet used only by the Doomcryer saga. Leave Rune heading south; the teleport Rune → Forest of the Dead also gets you there, but the run from the forest entrance is longer. Talk to the tablet.
Lizard's Totem Sharuhi lv. 81 (level 81) and Tarkai Zu Duda-Mara appear: you don't need to kill Sharuhi — land 16 hits in less than a minute and he retreats. Talk to Tarkai right away and press "Thank you." — you get Resonance Amulet - 6; then touch the tablet again.
Step 13. Doomcryer from Rahorakti
Return to Rahorakti in Rune and talk to him — your class changes to Doomcryer. Reward: 2,299,404 XP, 5,000,000 adena (on some servers multiplied by the reward rate) and a Secret Book of Giants. If your level dropped below 76, Rahorakti asks you to come back once you are 76 again.

How many mobs to kill at your rate
Halisha's Marks drop with a 100% chance, and the quest drop rate multiplies how many you get per kill. On some servers the marks come one at a time at any rate — then you need 700 kills. The guardians in the Valley of Saints are always 10: it is a kill counter, the rate does not affect it.
