Step 1. Take the quest from Karukia
Prefect Karukia stands in King's Hall, the main building in the centre of Orc Village. Only an Orc Fighter of level 19+ can take the quest. Choose "Say you want to be an Orc Raider" — she gives you the Goblin Dwelling Map and asks you to kill 10 Kuruka Ratman Leaders.
Step 2. Goblins and Kuruka Ratman Leaders on the Immortal Plateau
Teleport from Orc Village to Immortal Plateau, Northern Region (960 adena) and run north-west. Kill Goblin Tomb Raider Leaders lv. 12 (level 12): each one gives 
Green Blood, and the more you carry, the higher the chance a Kuruka Ratman Leader lv. 18 (level 18) pops out — about every 6 goblins on average. The leader lasts 5 minutes, so kill it right away: each one drops 1 tooth × quest drop rate, and you need 10 Kuruka Ratman Teeth.
Step 3. Choose Gludin at Karukia
Bring the 10 teeth back to Karukia in Orc Village. She offers two judges — pick "I want to go to Gludin Village." (Gludin, not Gludio). Karukia takes the teeth and the map and gives you 2 Betrayer's Reports.
Step 4. Kasman in the Gludin Orc Guild
There is no direct teleport: go from Orc Village to Town of Gludio (23,000 adena), then to Gludin Village (7,300). Prefect Kasman is in the Orc Guild in the middle of the village, next to the grocery store. Talk to him — he sends you after the traitors hiding with the Umbar tribe.
Step 5. Traitors' heads from Umbar Orcs
From Gludin teleport to Windy Hill (2,600 adena) and run east towards Spider Nest. Kill Umbar Orcs lv. 20 (level 20): a Head of Betrayer drops with a 20% chance, the rate does not change it, and you need 2 heads — about 10 orcs on average. Only the player who lands the kill gets it.
Step 6. Mark of Raider from Kasman
Bring both heads back to Kasman in Gludin. He takes the heads and the reports and gives you the Mark of Raider, 3,200 XP and 2,360 SP — the quest is complete.
Step 7. Class change at Osborn
At level 20 talk to High Prefect Osborn in the same Orc Guild, next to Kasman. High Prefect Drikus in Gludio and High Prefect Castor in Town of Dion can change your class too; Flame Lord Kakai in Orc Village does not — he only explains the class. You also get 15 D-grade Shadow coupons, which you can exchange at the same master.
Next comes the 2nd class at level 40: Destroyer 2nd class quest.
How many mobs on your rate
Each Kuruka Ratman Leader drops as many teeth as the quest drop rate (whole number), so higher rates need fewer leaders. The Umbar Orc heads do not depend on the rate: about 10 orcs on any server.
